Hmmm, $2,500 for a bunch of fiddly aluminum and plastic bits, with no bolt or barrel, and it's disassembled to boot. Gee I wonder why they cant move these at $2,500!?

Being the new army replacement for the M4 would clones start coming out? I have a piston kit from (I can't remember) and it basically works clean as advertised, what else does the HK do that is worth $2500 just for parts.

Complete 416 uppers sell for 3500-4500$ regularly, so this is not out of line.

what I know about AR's you can tattoo on the head of a pin but...

Can you put this together with a standard lower and does it require a special barrel?

P.S. Is having that full auto trigger pack a legal problem?

It says standard lower compatible with their complete upper. I don't know about the barrel, but the piston kit with adjustable gas I installed used a standard AR barrel and it didn't cost over 2 hundo.
