    HK CA legal question

    I want to get a hk usc. If i get it out of state and needs to modified with a raddlock who does it. Me, my ffl dlr,or the gun shop out of state

    the shop out of state -- your ffl needs to receive the firearm in a compliant configuration

        Have the seller disassemble the HK USC into it's basic parts. There's no constructive possession for AW's in CA. In pieces, it's not an Assault Weapon. Just make sure your FFL is cool with that. When you get it home, install the mag lock yourself.

          If you can't own a non-registered AW, what makes you think you could import one into the state? FFL dealers have to follow the state laws just like everyone else.

            they sell these guns here in CA with a raddlock system, but everyone is out right now ammo bros had one but sold it friday. called every gun shop in OC LA and SD county.

              Have the out of state FFL ship the trigger pack and stock to you, and the barreled upper receiver to your FFL.
