- They launch the legion series
- They create the x-series for the p320 line

The p320 x5 legion looks pretty much exactly like the p320 x5. I will just keep my regular one.

I give Sig Sauer a lot of business and marketing credit as they have some really great products.

I fell in love with the P250 series based on the modularity, then "Sig got it right" with the P320 (kind of as long as you don't hit the gun with a hammer or drop it), then they did get it right with the P320, won the US Army contract, and hit the ball out of the park with the subcompact, striker fired P365.

Also the MCX and MPX are pretty cool.

The P365 is the first Sig in a long time that has peaked my interest.

Everyone thought/hoped the G43 would be the first thin(ner) double stack EDC pistol.

While the concept is fairly obvious, Sig's execution of it seems to nearly perfect.

Sig and Strike Industries has the best marketing and business strategy in the business. IMO.

They lightened the slide( less reciprocating mass) and kept the grip polymer but made it heavy ( flexes less recoil). The idea is to maximize the advantage in a production legal competition gun.

To play Devil's Advocate, they haven't been perfect.

- They ****ed up the initial P320 design enough that they renegged on the promise to provide a .45acp conversion option.
- They refused to treat a major safety issue with the P320 as a necessary recall and instead spun it as a "voluntary upgrade"
- The P365 initially encountered enough problems that it may have been pushed to market too quickly
- The promised modularity/convertability of the MPX has not been delivered

They are developing some pretty cool stuff, but I wish they exhibited a little more loyalty to their customer base.

I've heard that there are some issues with the size difference between Gen1 and Gen2, but they sure don't volunteer data on what fits what.
