Talk to the FFL first. Doesn't really matter what we think is right as its gonna be up to the FFL. At worse, you install your slide on it while its being DROS'd.

I’ve sold and purchased a frame with two different FFl’s. They were made into complete firearms before DROS. Talk to your FFL.

Bare frames are a no go unless PPT. Complete guns are good to go if they are roster versions, then you can part out what you don’t need.

Try 2Azone They often have stripped Glock frames for sale i bet they'll gladly dros you a frame.

They don't sell you a frame. They sell you a complete gun, then buy back everything but the frame. Bare pistols frames are not on the roster so you cannot sell or PPT them.

you can get a stripped gen 3 frame and add your own slide to make it complete. call your FFL to confirm.

From what I can gather it’s a tricky situation. Most FFL won’t and some will. Just have to find an ffl that will.

If you are trying to buy it online then it's a no go since we have those great handgun roster law but if its ppt then it shouldn't be a problem... well at least at my main FFL here in my town
