I do not believe so since the Douches On Job -DOJ- now state there has to be some STUPID requirement of like 3OZS of STEEL in a plate molded into the plastic frame for serial number purposes.
Your only real option now is an aluminum or other METAL 80% or 0% frame to be built up and apply for a serial# to the DOJ--ACTUALLY you would need to contact them AND have them issue you a serial # before even starting the build..... Pretty much SOL....... Given the amount of grief people had or are STILL having with homebuilds trying to be registered.. I would avoid the headache of even starting anything with the DO in J... once you start paperwork they seem to like adding on sht and if it falls through they have all your info........ that never goes well.....'There is no theory of evolution, just a list of creatures Chuck Norris allows to live.'

Allegedly, you also have to submit 3 examples for testing just like a manufacturer of firearms for Roster placement. At least this is what DOJ stated to one of my staff who applied and received a serial #.Comment
