    N.A. Thank you.

Sure, I Think you might have to send it Through an good (*Out of State) FFL who will California-legalize it and to some version of Ca. legal firearm for you ( * once they do the California legality modifications and send it to your local FFL)
but worry about that after you win, which statistically isn't looking so good.

You could use my link below...

Under CA laws, the Franklin Armory Reformation is classified as an unconventional pistol [PC 17270] and it has a multiburst trigger activator [PC 16930], which makes it multiple felonies to make/import/transfer/possess in CA [PC 31500 & 32900].

In order to be CA legal, it needs to be made into a CA legal rifle.
~Semi-auto centerfire rifle (minimum 16" rifled barrel length + minimum 30 overall length) with a fixed 10 round magazine.
~Semi-auto centerfire rifle (minimum 16" rifled barrel length + minimum 30 overall length) without any restricted features.
~Manually operated centerfire rifle (minimum 16" rifled barrel length + minimum 26" overall length).
~Rimfire rifle (minimum 16" rifled barrel length + minimum 26" overall length).

      Penal Code 17270
As used in this part, an “unconventional pistol” means a firearm with both of the following characteristics:
      (a) It does not have a rifled bore.
      (b) It has a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length or has an overall length of less than 26 inches.

      Penal Code 31500
Except as provided in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17700) of Division 2 of Title 2, any person in this state who manufactures or causes to be manufactured, imports into the state, keeps for sale, or offers or exposes for sale, or who gives, lends, or possesses any unconventional pistol is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year or imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170.

^ Are you sure it couldn't be sent from Classic Arms to an FFL out-of-state, who would make the modifications necessary to make it a legal firearm here in California? Then they could send it on to your FFL here in California.
(whatever modifications that takes because you'd be paying for it)
It's not like it's banned by name.

        Maybe I'm mistaken.

In order to be CA legal, it needs to be made into a CA legal rifle before it is imported into CA.

Thank you Quiet, I understand what you're saying.

But as I was implying in my very first post couldn't you first "send it Through" someone like Alphacat or another similar good out-of-state FFL, who works with Classic Arms, as Alphacat does, to receive the rifle and make it featureless, with you paying for them to do it and for the parts necessary like California legal length barrel and other featureless components, trigger... etc. permanently secure the adjustable stock or what other necessary things that have to be taken care of to make it a featureless rifle Before it is ever sent to California.

Please don't take this the wrong way I'm here to learn and I always appreciate helpful input from people who know more than I but I thought this was possible and legal.

            Is it not?

Thank you for everything you do.

              It is possible.

However, doing so will strip the firearm of everything that makes it unique (Title 1 Other with a non-rifled barrel & shoulder stock).

In addition, it may end up costing more money (shipping fees, parts, transfer fees, CA use tax) than simply buying a stripped Franklin Armory AR receiver from a CA FFL dealer and making it into a CA legal rifle.

Also, Classic Firearms TOS for the contest states...

Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No purchase necessary, and no payment of money is required as a condition of participation. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older as of May 23, 2019, and reside in the United States and its territories; provided, however, that residents of the states with gun laws prohibiting the purchase of said firearm shall be ineligible for participation, and any entries originating from such states or any jurisdictions outside the United States and its territories will not be accepted. Employees of Classic Firearms and its agents, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children and siblings) are not eligible to enter.

So, it's all moot, because Classic Firearms will not accept entries from CA residents.
