You can use them ALL day long and all night too
RAW may use hicap, standard cap, 20 round or 30 or more.

RAW has always been versatile. BBRAW is where the question lies since it was at one point considered a fixed mag and limited to 10 rds. Since then people have been searching for the answer to BBRAW and 10+ round mags

Sure, whether 10, 20, or 30 rounds, whatever was standard. Even the 9 round mags that came standard with many Colt AR15s.

I think the prevailing opinion is that it is legal to use 10+ mags in BBRAW. As you state bullet button "used to be consider fixed mag", but is no longer. If by "searching for an answer" you mean permission from DOJ that will of course never happen. The law as it stands does not clearly prohibit it, ergo it is legal.

agreed but people still confuse RAW with BBRAW and they aren't the same thing...in theory.

A semi automatic firearm with a fixed mag that requires you to break open the action to reload would be an assault weapon IF used with a magazine holding greater than 10 rounds
