They could create a division for that if they wanted to. Some rifle matches/leagues have an Armored division which require the competitor to wear a ballistic helmet, level III (rifle) body armor, and all the ammo they'll use for the entire match.

PRS will never do that though. The last thing they want to do it appear to be "training snipers", which is what some news outfit will claim sooner or later. That's why camo is prohibited at USPSA matches.
