    Oregon ID card

In other posts it has been determined that Nevada has provisions to provide non resident ID cards. I spend a bit of time in Oregon and was hoping they had something similar. Review of the Oregon DMV site seems to indicate they require 6 months residency or more for an ID card. Since the Nevada DMV site was not real clear on the non residency thing, was wondering if anyone knows about nonresident Oregon ID cards?

well, if OR says six months, then it probably is. NV's seasonal resident card requires that a person stays for 30 consecutive days.

State your source please. Also, can one buy firearms with this seasonal resident card?
