Hey guys been a long time. I hope I'm posting in the right spot. Long story short....
An odd character came into my place of business offering two 16.5" barreled AR uppers for my services.

I've been out of the loop for sometime but am no fool to the big offices smoke and mirrors of CA.

My simple question is: Is this still considered a legal transaction in the state of CA.?
