+1. There are also enough of these types of "covert furniture" pieces on the market they're not much of a secret anymore. Some of them have locking mechanisms built in but so far I've only seen them where you need to have a magnet or some type of physical key to access them. Which means you either have to have the key on your person or find a hiding place for that too. I think the simplex lock boxes are better all the way around.
