    a little/big problem.

so.. i got a german g43 rifle. matching gun that i bought and being a total idiot i am decided to shoot it without a shooters kit. got throught 100 rounds before the back of the bolt body failed horribly. took the gun to a local gunsmith who saifd he could fix it. he had the parts and the rifle for over a month. fixed the bolt body up real good was in the process of setting up a time for me to come over and get the gun and the parts. i find out a few days ago he was raided by the doj/atf for what ever reason i dont know. he says the parts for the rifle where in his truck and this was taken by the ATF as evidence. is there any way shape or form i will ever see these parts again or did a matching gun just become a mixmaster?

First of all, who is this smith?

Secondly, if you were told that story, you will never see those parts.

How about the gun? Did you get that back or did that become evidence also?
