Rapid fire

Are there any ranges in the Bay Area that will allow rapid firing a pistol? Since I started shooting last year, I've been itching to burn through a few mags.

Take a trip to the nearest BLM. Make a day out of it. Expect a 3 hour one way drive... I do not know of a range in the area that allows RF. If you find one let us know.

When I shot the Saturday Night Steel Shoot at San Leandro they let me draw from a holster and rapid fire at steel.

Also take the Safety Class at Richmond and you can go to their USPSA practice sessions on Saturday mornings.

Are there any other blm spots beside panoche and tumey hills? Because those 2 are closed till october due to a fire restriction
