It never went into production.
Only a few prototypes were made. (it appears they were unsuccessful in obtaining any type of Gov/Mil/LE contract for it)
As of 01-2019, the company had two employees.
As of 02-2019, no production dates were given for the XM556 or D12. They are still "in development", since 2014.
