Great caliber shooting a .366" dia bullet typically weighing 270-286g; some even load a 300g bullet. Brass easily made from .30-06 cases. Loaded ammo available from Norma and Prvi-Partisan. I enjoyed shooting it in my CZ-550. It is an under-appreciated round here in the United States although, very popular in Europe. Enjoy!

I was thinking of converting a yugo mauser into a 9.3x57. That extra 5mms makes it legal in parts of Africa though!

Beautiful guns, check with Ruger as there was a recall on some of Lipsey's Ruger Hawkeye African rifles in 9.3x 62 for a sear and firing pin spring replacement.
