Due to the stay in judgment on the CA magazine ban lawsuit being effective at 5pm, April 5, 2019, we can no longer accept CA orders for magazines over 10 rounds due to shipments arriving at their destination after the effective time of the stay. Any remaining orders in our system that have not been shipped prior to issuance of the stay decision will not be processed and credit cards will not be charged. If you have an affected order, we will notify you immediately via e-mail with some options to compensate for your inconvenience.

They are being extra cautious. Seems dumb to me. They cannot exercise any control over date of delivery once the item leaves their dock. And besides, the stay said "bought" before April 5, 2019, not delivered.
