Show your old beat up pre-2000 mags

Installed those magpul ranger plates because the first few times I dropped them from the gun the base plates would start to move. Think I dropped a hammer on one and stepped on the other. Probably needs a cleaning also.

Magpul self leveling for USGI mags replaced a long time ago. I think they are a different color now.

I'd love to show pics of the box I used to have of the 30 rounders I acquired while in service. More than half were still in the plastic, and half of the rest were not in plastic but still brand new for gear inspections. Very few were my "operational" mags. The box was maybe 20Lx20Wx8H, and almost 100% filled. I literally dumped them in the trash more years ago than I can count, and I've regretted it for a long time.

Magpul, they work awesome. They also have magpul base plates installed
