Looking back at my orders from Grab A Gun to April 2016, I made 2 orders 1 day apart. The order #'s were 6344 (first order) and 6550 (second order). If they are truly sequential, as they seem to be that is 206 orders in ~24 hours.
I currently have 2 orders processing, made 25 hours apart Between Saturday and Sunday mornings. The difference is order numbers is ~2000! That does not include those orders from Friday night or Sunday and beyond. Granted they could be quicker with shipping and PSA has really stepped up with shipping and support but I'd wager the orders were more than any business expected. As word spread I'd also wager they got even more orders in the rest of the weekend and Monday.
Add that to the estimated totals from PSA, Brownell's, and all of the other retailers and the number of "LCM's" in CA or on their way is mind boggling!

There were a total of 242 orders in that time. So, 30 orders per hour or one order every 2 minutes...on average!!!
