I agree. Read all 86 pages and it will be very obvious that he couldn’t care less what the anti-2A crowd thinks of him.

At the end of the day, judges need thick skin. No matter how they rule, someone is going to be pissed.

I really recommend that everyone read it, it's pretty good. Benitez really takes the AG to task over the "evidence" they presented. He made it clear that there is no factual basis for any of the claims the state makes in trying to justify infringing upon the 2A. It's a great precedent to erase other states' nonsense mag cap laws, and has some relevant stuff to ditching the roster as well.

Finally someone who sees the constitution in a classical liberal light (re: like the founders). The judge already is being hammered by people who were never taught anything about that legal history (it is suppressed in universities and legal schools)... only a bogus progressive narrative.
