I just can't help but read this as a blatant cash grab under the auspices of their interpretation of PC 32311 -- but that's just my opinion.

That is 100% false. Extensions are fine while this decision is in effect. Manufacturing is completely legal now, and you could 3d print your mags if you want.

Penal Code section 32311 is still a thing. Installing extensions is fine. Buying is not, if an extension can be called a "kit" in the court.

Yeah, I don't believe there is case law, so their lawyers/marketing folks are just playing it close to the chest... yuk yuk yuk. It is what it is.

Again, plenty of other options out there if you aren't chasing the label... and if you are, there are other ways to get them for sure.
