    Assemble Parts Kits?

    Hi all,

    Sorry if this has been answered before but i searching and couldn't find anything on point. Post-Duncan am I ok to assemble the 30 rd Magpul PMAG parts kits I bought while it was still OK to get buy them?

    Yes, as a matter of fact, assembling a parts kit is MANUFACTURING, and that's legal now.

    I remember seeing those parts kits at gun shows for the longest time until they finally disappeared. Probably a whole lot of those getting dusted off & the package opened up right now.

    Pay attention as possession is also legal now, but it depends on the outcome of this important case.

            The court's Order specifically struck down the CA law which prohibited manufacturing. Now there is no such prohibition.

              It sounds like Michel and Associates has something in store for 32311. They don't think it is enforceable anymore either. Sorry I don't have the source. Lost somewhere in these thousands of MAGAzine posts.

                makes sense as 32310 covers manufacturing as well, so the underlying basis for the decision should be similarly applicable to 32311.
