    However what gets called into question is that it mentions that it shall have no force or effect if it duplicates state law. Prop 63 would've duplicated it however it was blocked so it's kind of up in the air from how I see it.

    Nice find. Looks like in LA you are ok to buy and receive but not sell or transfer. San Diego looks like it is mostly concerned with magazines over 19 rounds for rifles, and does not seem to mention pistols at all in terms of capacity. But a 15 round mag for a rifle seems to be fair game.

    San Fran seems like it still has a stiff local ordinance against magazines over 10 rounds.
