I have 10/30 magazines for my rifle. Supposedly there are a couple places selling 30 round magazine‘s now, is it safe to say I can unblock my magazines?

The entirety of CA PC32310 was thrown out. It is 100% legal to unblock your magazines, import them, manufacture them, etc.Hunting is a loophole in the 2nd Amendment to the Bill of Rights.
There is no privilege to keep and bear arms.
