    Mag question

    Now that it's legal to have over 10 Rounds in an AR-15 legal to put the standard capacity mag in a Bullet Button AR-15 or only featurless

    No such thing as "bullet button" anymore.

    You're either:
    1. Featureless
    2. Fixed Mag
    3. Registered Assault Weapon


    Fixed Mag has 10 round limit, you cannot use greater than 10 round as that would be an "Assault Weapon," which is a felony.

    Featureless and RAW have no magazine restriction.

      Okay one more question my son did register both his rifle a couple of years ago as required by law they still have the bullet buttons on them oh, so my question is he can remove the bullet buttons back to standard mag release, thanks

        If he had registered them as "assault weapons", the opinion of replacing the bb with a normal mag release remains unanswered. DOJ is, of course, taking the position that you cannot, however, the way the law was written, there is nothing in it that would make that illegal.
