    Stoked for the win...

But cautiously watching from the sidelines of this feeding frenzy. I have too much to lose if the decision to purchase was the wrong one, and lose nothing by waiting. AbsoTUTely wish everyone the best this week with their choices/activities and if i can legally buy a standard capacity mag in the near future: awesome sauce.

Cheers to the pro-2a legal teams for this win. Prayers that our leaders see this through. Thanks to all the legal-eagles for weighing in and supporting this site’s members

That being said, i’ve lived in Cali my whole life with neutered mags...a couple more months aren’t gonna make a difference. (I have my 10rounders stacked deep. ...)

.(For now i’ll let visions of 15-20 rounders in my Ruger PCC, XD, and eventually my mag-fed ruger american ranch dance in my head.)

You are very much mistaken about "a couple more months". The appeal process itself can last multiple years and that does not include a jaunt up to SCOTUS (because that is where this is going to ultimately end up) that can take another 18 months.

This was your one chance to 'legally acquire' those magazines you are dreaming of. While the lawyers are being cautious with the general public it is generally accepted that between 3/28/2019 and whenever the stay may (will) be granted it is legal to import, manufacture, receive (or more generally acquire) LCMs in the state. The proof is in the willingness of out-of-state and in-state vendors being willing to sell and ship LCMs to us.

Once legally acquired, you will be able to use them since the original injunction will likely stay in place until the CA9 hears the case. On top of that it is likely that any and all 2A cases are held until the NYSRPA case is decided by SCOTUS later this year.
The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.
