Is there a limit on PPTs for long guns?

Buying, not yet; selling, infrequently and without regularity.

Buying...go nuts, there's no limit, but selling there is a limit how many you can sell per year, I believe it's 5 or 6 per year you can legally sell, which is stupid, there your property, but you can't sell what you own if you decide to....

            16730 PC:
            (1) For handguns, less than six transactions per calendar year.
            (2) For firearms other than handguns, occasional and without regularity.
            My buyer/seller feedback.

Right. There is a bill in the Legislature that would extend 1 in 30 to all gun purchases.

Just to clarify, there is no restriction on the number of purchases through PPT, handgun or long gun, at this time, correct? i.e. the 1 gun per 30 days doesn't apply to PPTs yet?

Except for handguns in the city of LA.
1 in 30 applies to PPTs.

Only in the city of LA though? This is not statewide yet?

Not yet as it's going to pass or has passed? If that's the case, PPT mode activated ..

SB 61 has not yet been heard in any committee of either house. Given the composition of the Legislature and the occupant of the Governor's office, it seems likely to become law, effective 2020.
