    Question regarding the Ammo law

We are all Masters of our own Ship. It's the course changes that you make, that affect your life.

I'm not paranoid, I know they're out to get me.

unfortunately yes. Untrackable, undocumented, unconfirmed, transfer of private personal property is being requested to go through an FFL. Requested is too loose of a word. This is the case. . .Even though there is no record of who actually originally purchased the ammo, or determining which rounds were bought by person A and which were by person B. So make sure if you meet up and go to the ffl, just the two of you. Don't worry about calling ahead because they don't know you are coming.

    Make sense?

Does that apply to components too? That's what he asked. So no longer a cartridge it's now a projectile, brass case and powder. As someone who is an amateur reloader I can still buy all those components without an ffl. I did have to recently pay $6 for an ammo ppt.

New? These "new" laws have been constantly discussed here on Calguns for the past 3 years, as we sought to fight them, petition against them, fight the CFARs over them, etc., etc.
