Does RMB Enterprise block mags?

Hey everyone,
Looking at maybe getting an sti but I need the sellers mags blocked to 10 rounds. Looking at using RMB enterprise for the transfer, he is closed today so I was wondering if anyone knows if Rob will block the mags to 10 rounds? Just trying to lock down the deal before the seller changes his mind.
