It's possible, but usually what happens is everything gets renewed at once and some Springfield's are renewed, and others aren't. Because there is only a few days left in the year I'm inclined to thing these guns are going off roster.

It's possible some will get renewed after the new year. I think that happened with the PX4 Storm one year.

Most, if not all of those, have been discontinued by Springfield for years. Just because something is on the roster, doesn’t mean it’s still in production. Just look at FN’s rostered guns

I don't think that really matters. The roster doesn't govern what you can buy new. The roster governs what you can import into the state new or used.

So if you find one of these on gunbroker and it's a good deal, nope can't buy it.

Edit: I don't think you can mail these either, so that means you can only buy one locally face to face.

I heard SA is phasing out the older XD's , since they have later models for sale in other states, not necessary to keep making the old models except for CA.

If this was true, I bet Turner's would be having a fire sale on them like they did when S&W let all their stuff fall off...

Looks like they redefined their listings.

                    For example:
                    Springfield Armory PI9134L / Stainless Steel Pistol 5" 9mm 1/1/19
                    Is now:
                    Springfield Armory PI9134L (ambi safety) / Stainless Steel Pistol 5" 9mm 1/1/20

Those don't appear on the "recently removed list".

This document won't be updated to reflect this type of change, yet.

I track the roster zealously. I would agree that it appears these 46 Springfiled SKU's are pending cancellation. That said, these look like intentional changes:

Of the 23 1911's "not renewed yet", 9 of them appear on the roster with "ambi-safety)" and a 1/1/2020 date, 13 are SKUs that are either long discontinued, or replaced by a modern SKU, and 1 is a recent discontinuation of a very limited special edition - Legend Series Rob Leatham.

As far as the XD's, it looks like .357 Sig is kaput. All the others appear to have a 1:1 relationship with the SKU update from a few years ago. Hopefully all the dealers have these old version out of their inventory by now.

Also of note, it appears that Auto Ordnance dropped 3 of their commemorative 1911s, Bond Arms dropped Big Bear and Brown Bear, Ed Brown did not renew Special Forces (but SF3 is nearly identical and renewed), and Franklin Armory renewed one of their AR pistols, but dropped 2.

As of right now, Charter, Cobra, and FN/FNH have not processed their renewals.

IT looks like Charter, Cobra, and FN got dropped.. I suspect they will come back shortly, but it's interesting to see them just gone from the roster.
