Hi sorry to bother you Sir and Mam, im a newbie from San Jose CA. My question is I use a 40sw conversion barrel and a Advantage arms 22lr kit on my Glock 20sf, in the future am i going to run in some problems purchasing a 40cal and 22lr ammo since the Glock 20sf is chambered only in 10mm? Do i have to register the 40sw and 22lr kit to be able to buy ammos?

No.
The portion of the ammo law that contained the requirement to own the caliber being purchased did not go through and is not a part of the passed law.- Rich
