Changed my mind - need help

Hey guys,

I live in Hayward, CA. I used to buy online ammo from many vendors over the years. Since the laws got changed, all online ammo purchases were off the table.

I understand you have to file for some sort of a permit/etc to still be able to buy online ammo. Can someone guide me with the process from start to finish? And how difficult would it be for me to get the permit? This is for personal use (range/practice) only, not for business.

You need a COE and an 03FFL.

You get the COE here:
