2018 BLM Land Map

Hey everyone,

Trying to plan a camping/shooting trip for a buddy's birthday and was trying to find a spot on BLM land off the 15, but I can't seem to find any of the updated maps or info.

Anyone have an updated map or an updated info on go/no go areas?

In Barstow, there is a BLM office right off the 15 fwy. They sell BLM maps.

$4/map. They will sell you as many as you want/need. I ordered a bunch by phone and they came in the mail 3 days after I called.

I did the same a few years ago. Had to call and order over the phone but they came in the mail pretty quickly.


On a related note, does anyone know if the fire and target shooting bans at Tumey or Panoche have been lifted?

It is! I looked up and contacted some private land owners on FB and asked for permission to shoot on some properties. 3 out of 7 got back to me and I got a really cool spot to target shoot now. That app is great!

You are probably thinking of a different place. The Panoche BLM land I know is just a few miles off the I-5.
