In order to qualify for SSE2, the handgun needs to be a dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistol or a dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistol and it can never have been a semi-auto prior to being a single-shot. [PC 32100(b)]

We currently do not offer a Single Shot service. However, we still offer Single Action Exemption for eligible revolvers.

To clarify, do you mean you won't do a single shot exemption on a single shot handgun that meets the legal requirements or just that you won't block mags, etc. to convert a non semi auto handgun into a single shot handgun that would be SSE?

We do not convert firearms for the purpose of SSE. Transferred firearms must arrive already compliant. For specifics, the customer should call us for details.
