WARNING: Be careful, when you purchase from www.opticsplanet.com

I have been using opticsplanet.com for many many years now, and I bought a lot of products from them... thousands of dollar

I was doing my CyberMonday shopping. By accident, I used my new laptop from work to browse OP, and the browser did not log me in automatically. When I came across "Target Vision ELR Two Mile Range Camera System," it showed $768.24 with 15% off coupon, which would cost me $653. I was ready to pull the trigger on it. I logged into my account, "VIP pricing on," and the damn price went up to $791.12 !!!

WTF is this??? they are trying to charge me more because I bought a lot of stuff from them??? I emailed customer service, no response after three days. I live-chat with their online customer service agent "Kathleen" who claims it is only a web error, and offer me $650 on the product. WTF again!!! This should be correct price from the beginning.

Again, if anyone want to make a purchase from them, make sure you browse the website without log-in. They are losing my biz for sure...

    Try buying a flash hider.

If OP sold ammo, their wonky legal department would only allow them to sell you 10 rounds at a time.

Exact same thing happened to me with a $300 rail that was suppose to be $260. After a few days of useless email support I called and they said no at first because sale is over now but after awhile I got the supervisor whom made it sound like he'd do me a favor. I ended up declining and buying else where. Like you I have spent thousands the past few years from Opticsplanet, no longer anymore.

I have seen Optics Planet prices differ on the same product if I visit on a mobile device instead of a desktop.

Their legal department must be just an algorithm too then.

Eff them!!! They are a garbage company... Cheaper than dirt 2.0... Used them twice, both times was an ordeal for no apparent reason. I've been looking past them for many years now!

That's a bait and switch. Haven't ordered from them in a few years and won't in the foreseeable future.

i would first delete (opticsplanet) cookies in your usual device then browse the same product offering. this approach emulates your device as new business to the system thereby getting promotional incentives. hope this helps...

I remember my first time ordering at optics planet....

Never use them for anything. They dont support the 2A or its community imo. Way better off going with brownells.

I never order from the web with OP, I've gotten great deals by calling in and asking for their best price.
They've always done right by me. Just lucky I guess.
Tell me who has better prices?.
