Don't ever do business with this company.
4 emails and not one response.
The specifically said in there email about a problem with my order to not call but reply to this email.
So I did.
Told them to just cancel the order.
4 days and not one response.
Now I see that they have charged my CC.
Bunch of Dirt Bags.

They are one of the lowest priced sellers of guns and parts on the internet and this is the Christmas shopping season. I suggest giving them a break.

I have placed many orders with them without a complaint. Also, on Veterans day they gave away free barrels to veterans. They are probably still swamped shipping out all those orders.

How many days you give them to respond? I think after Black Friday sales, they should be pretty busy.

Negative. I've had great experience with them, good quality parts, good Service. That company is good to go in my book.

I was debating on buying from BCA this previous weekend as they had some nicely priced 18" uppers. Glad I didn't.

I sent them a question about barrel thread size on their .458 Socom barrel and they did reply. It took about 4-5 days, but I did get a reply.
I just ordered a .458 Socom barrel from them(couldn't pass it up at the price they were asking). It's taken about a week, but I've received an email that it's been shipped.
As was stated, busy time of year. They may be swamped.

Sorry OP, sounds like you may be the outlier on this one. I’ve been buying their parts for my 7.62x39 uppers for about a year, never an issue. As others have mentioned it is the start of the holiday shopping season, and you likely aren’t the only one trying to contact them. Patience...

Just got a sweet complete side charging upper. Ship in two days, shot it today, good quality, inexpensive and shot my reloads like they were made just for it.

Ordered a few times from them without a hiccup. Also, received a free barrel as well on Veteran's day. A great company and probably just very busy during this time of year.

I ordered from them. I got a little nervous after not receiving a shipping confirmation for a few days.
After a week I emailed, took a few days to get a reply that they were running 7-14 days to ship items.
My shipping confirmation slipped through the cracks, and my item showed up unexpected.
Much like PSA, they are just busy.....

FYI.
A lot of their parts (charging handle, forward assist, dustcover, muzzle device, gas tube, gas block, bcg) are made in China.
On other forums, there are reports of the cheap Chinese parts breaking within 1000 rounds of use.
