    SAR Show -worth going to?

I've never been to the SAR Show. I have some time so I thought I'd take a drive from the SF bay area. Is it worth the visit?

Going as a Californian, it is extremely depressing.

It may give you a glimmer of hope if you can escape this state. Kinda like going to shotshow.

I'll be there Saturday window shopping and delivering pre-paid goodies to customers.

It's a great show for first timers. Over the years I just see the same stuff over and over so it gets disappointing not being able to find anything out of the ordinary.

              This.
              Depending on your age.
You will either have a flash back from the Pomona gun shows of the past and be depressed realizing there never coming back , or if it's your first time going , you be over whelmed at the amount of actual guns in one place at one time without all the jerky , beanie babies, and cheap Chinese knock off gun bags , range bags and clothing taking up aisle space. And then be depressed next time you go to a Cali show.
I'd say go . the actual SAR building with all the class 3 guys in it is worth a look.
You won't see all of the show if it's your first time.

There isn't really anything I need and most of everything I want is illegal in this state. If I go, I'll pack along the C&R and COE (for crossing back over with ammo) just in case.

Is there anything else to do in Phoenix?

The SAR Show is worth a visit for anyone that has not been there, and I agree it is similar to the old Pomona show. The SAR display is a bonus, you will have a great time.

Dillion precision just announced that they will be attending this year and have things to give away. Is there going to be a Cal-Gunner formal meeting how it has been in the past?
