Proper way to ship C&R rifle

    Hi all,

I currently have a Garand up for sale and another member is inquiring about me shipping it to him. I'm in NorCal and he's in SoCal.

I have my '03 FFL, but my question is, what is the proper way to ship to him (or anyone)? Can I ship it directly to him or does it have to go through his FFL?

    thanks,

    You can ship it directly.

The details are in this thread.

Don't forget to "...cause the transferee, if other than a licensee, to be identified in any manner customarily used in commercial transactions (e.g., a driver's license)..."
