Keswick/Iron Mountain BLM - Open for Shooting?

Going to be in Red Bluff Tuesday-Saturday for the Holiday - has Keswick/Iron Mountain BLM re-opened after the Fire? If we get a break in the much needed rain, figured we'd run up there for some fun. I know there's also Spring Branch near Red Bluff but getting in there wouldn't be fun in my Honda Accord.

Called Sportsman's Warehouse in Redding and they confirmed it was open.
