                  If that's just a screen grab from a TV show about Mexican or South American narcotic trade, then it's my guess it's just a prop gun ,same as the 1911 in the other guy's belt...
                  And just like every piece of clothing they're wearing from their hats to their belt buckles.

                  When it's Hollywood the director just ask for them meanest / scariest looking guns for the bad guys.
