      They are make/model banned in CA. [11 CCR 5499(a)]

      In order to be CA legal, it needed to have been registered as an assault weapon before 01-01-2000.

      After 12-31-1999, besides destroying the receiver, nothing can be done to make them CA legal.

          been debated a lot years ago
          some say legal because model is MAC90 SPORTER not MAC90 as listed on banned list.
          some say illegal
