I don't like the Knoxx SpecOps....

Am I the only one that doesn't like this stock on a 12 ga.? Every time I shoot the damn thing it smacks me in the face. I'm not a fan.

I was having that problem too but went shooting yesterday and it worked great. I think my problem was the stock length, it was too short and you have to keep your cheek further back then usual which takes some getting used to.

So you went from bruising on your shoulder to bruising on your face.
I have one on a mossberg and had similar results. Directions say keep 1" space but kind of hard to get a good site especially with the ghost rings.I thought my springs were pretty taunt and needed a good work out. Started putting alot of birdshot and what not thru it even just working it on my hip or thigh ( unloaded of course ). Seemed to help. Just keep shooting the s**t out of it to get that comfortable feel.

Exactly. I don't shoot it anywhere near enough to have to deal with all that. Back to the black plastic factory stock.

I have one on my 870. Its ALRIGHT. It looks really cool, but I was more accurate and more comfortable with my stock, stock. I think I may just need to shoot it more.

mesa tactical-------problem solved. Knoxx took the idea from Mesa. Mesa products are better, Knoxx just had better marketing schemes.
