At the request of a lady friend, I have painted the plastic on her AR using Rust-Oleum paint. I have a feeling that gun oils and cleaners may not be kind to the paint, so is there anything I can use as a top coat to protect the paint?

a matte clear coat may help but solvents will still eat away paint but the clear will help protect it sumKeep Smiling!!!! -
