    Trusted hygrometer brands for safe?

I recently acquired my first gun safe and I have been searching for an accurate hygrometer to add so I can monitor the humidity inside. Living on the coast, this is definitely a big concern for me with all the moisture in the air. After searching Amazon for one, I have seen many mixed reviews and I'd rather not take a chance.
With that being said, what are you guys using to monitor humidity?

I have this hygrometer, for the past 4 years. it's been great. Just replace batteries once a year. Add a dri-rod. I have 2 in my safe, never had rust issues.

Any issue with wireless communication from the sensor inside the safe?
I was thinking that the metal safe walls would impede the signal.

If I'm not mistaken. I believe its wireless as in battery operated.

No, I have a "Sturdy" safe and display is about 15ft away in the same room no issues at all. Just replace batteries once a year.

I use some older versions of these guys in various settings, not only for the gun safe. The ones I have are cat-5 and not POE, but I have power/data pass through on my safe. The newer ones are POE.

They can be expanded with NC trip switches, control cameras inside a safe (roll video when the door is opened and upload that to a server, Zavio cameras have been made to work), plus other environmental add-ons like flood, freezing and fire sensors.

They have web servers embedded and are pollable by SNMP as well, so you can check them on the phone.

They might be pricey for what they are, but considering insurance costs, they come in at less than a single year's insurance rate for what I'm doing.
