That is a very specific question. Have you reached out to the manufacturer?

Do you have links to both products?
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
    (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

The MP10 handguard has neither Mlok nor keymod holes.

Oh ok. I thought i could put a hand stop there because there are holes on the bottom of it. My bipod has a disconnect attached to the bottom. Oh well

            Maybe...

You might be able to jerry rig something but that is designed to attach to a MLOK or KEYMOD hand guard. That doesn't mean you won't be able to attach it, a couple of large washers inside the hand guard would probably hold it in place if the holes them self match up. But your attaching it to a plastic hand guard that is held in place by the tension ring. As long as your ok with that you could probably make it work.
