Hi all,
I don't know where to throw this question so I thought to post in here hope to get some advises for a friend of mine.
His dad and him used to live in Utah. He moved to Ca around 14 or 15 years ago. His dad moved to Ca with him 10 years ago. His dad brought an old pistol with him that was legally purchased in Utah probably 20 years ago or more( I think it's a browning --something). Now his dad moved to Norcal and left him the pistol. Beside owning a Glock (ca model that he bought 2 years ago), he doesn't know what to do with the pistol as he'd like to keep it but not sure about the process.
Question: What does he need to register that pistol? does his dad have to come to do the paperwork or he can do it himself? His dad is around 90 years old and not very sharp anymore. Any suggestion?
