Every state has the same 2A rights. Not every state follows the Constitution.
I will stand for truth even if I stand alone.

The last time I had faith in the News was when it was with Huey Lewis.

This - it's a question who ignores infringement the most.

I could not find a similar list where numerical rankings were listed based on several categories, but AZ won that one as well.

            AZ Wins.

            Here's a list from 2017 G&A magazine.

Over the years, we at Guns & Ammo have done our best to aggregate and analyze the gun laws of all fifty states and the District of Columbia. From this study, we create a ranking list of gun-friendly states, from worst to best. Here's the Best States for Gun Owners for 2017.

As far as I know Arizona has constitutional carry, so there is that.

AZ has CC. A permit provides enhancements and allows carry in locations prohibited to those without a permit, such as a location that serves alcohol (Chili's, Abblebee's...)
Texas requires a CCW for general concealed carry, though anyone can carry when traveling. "Traveling" is not clearly defined.

Texas has specific signage requirements for businesses that prohibit carry... 30.06 for CCW and 30.07 for open carry, as well as the requirement for warning signs that unlicensed carry is a felony in locations that sell alcohol (even for offsite consumption). My mother was in a nursing home for a couple of months, and there was a sign at the entry that it was a felony to carry (even with a permit). AZ has no standards, but does provide a number of affirmative defenses.

Neither has an FFL requirement for PPT, neither prohibits NFA, neither has waiting periods for purchase,

                    Overall, AZ is less restrictive.

In AZ you can also hunt with supressors and regular cap mags. Before anyone says "you'll ruin your meat" the intent behind passing the law wasn't for hunters of four legged critters.

AZ CCW by right, not permission.

Note that many of these things were not true in AZ some years ago. It won't take much for the trend to reverse, just a Dem governor. The population in the two big population centers is already liberal. In Tucson, much of the time you might think you're in California.

This is true in all states. Texas is being infiltrated by millenials from liberal states. They concentrate in the high tech urban centers. Arizona also.. but less than Texas. Just a matter of time. Liberal or centrist millenials ARE the problem...In ALL free states.
