I’m starting to think 10mm might actually be a thing now - that 5” one is nice with the adjustable sights. Would be a lot of fun at the range (but then if we were in a free state so would a Glock 40).

The XD-M does not have the Grip Zone. It's actually a pretty nice pistol, trigger should get an upgrade, but otherwise pretty nice. To each their own.

at the last S&W armor class there was talk of a M&P10 but they said they got negative feedback about it because that caliber was dead so if you guys want one and live in a free state call them and tell them you want it

That test, though? Aside from changing the spring and lubing up four times, they used Hydra Shok ammo...which is about the weakest factory 10mm ammo there is. It's advertised by Federal as being a whopping 30fps faster than their 180gr .40S&W ammo. Weak sauce...

I'm sure many of you got the emails regarding this but I did not see it mentioned here, I did search. For those with the means and desire, enjoy! I do miss SSE. Bummer for those of us in CA, ect, ect. XD-M now in 10mm. Mags hold 15 rounds of 10mm. That's a fair amount of firepower.They post a video of every round of 10k rounds being fired without a stoppage. Interesting concept but not the torture test it could have been since they change recoil spring and lube up every 2k rounds. Video is sped up and still 2 hrs 45 minutes. They fire 4k rounds day 1.

I have an XDM9. Its actually super nice. Stock mag holds 19rnds and is slimmer then its competition. Trigger is really smooth and its quite accurate.

I know XDs get a lot of hate for whatever reason, but to each their own.

That OP has never held an xdm be4 in his life only the Mod version. He's only fan of California version of Smith sub compact mp9 shield
