There is a auto follow setting in tapatalk under settings. If you reply to a user's PMs, posts, you are following them. You can't control them, but you can make sure you aren't following anyone if you don't want to.

I just noticed that I have quite a few of random people/entities following me. They appear to be some sort of computer automated thing as the user names are not normal by any means. I have gone back and blocked all of them but just curious if anybody has an idea who or why they are there?

That's a tapatalk feature used to populate your tapatalk app's feed, NOT Calguns feature.
That is not powered by or fed by the calguns forum software.

Tapatalk allows following of TAPATALK USERS by other tapatalk users.
This has nothing to do with calguns.
If you are not a tapatalk user, nobody can follow you on tapatalk.

You can't find it on calguns because it's not part of calguns.
The closest you get will be the friend's tab here but you have no friends.
