I used to know some stupid teens that would take a 12g shell and tape a BB to the bottom of it over the primer. they would then throw the shell in the air as high as they could and hope it would land BB down. Its a wonder how they never were shot.

i found a 22 with the slug removed (thought it was shot) when i was like 5 so i put it on my dad's anvil and started beating it with a hammer and like 30 seconds later *bang* i had powder particles in my hands and my dad runs out "i heard a gun shot blah blah blah..." and i lied and said " dad your crazy" and continued to pull the powder out of my hand with tweezers for a few days... yup i learned quick and young
