Mr. Mayor, why is there no Bacon option?

Anyway, I voted Glock sights are crappier. Not a real fan of the plastic. I am considering a set of Dawson's for my G17. My trigger has gotten better after break in--just took some getting used to.

        True dat!

I just thought a 'Bacon' option was sort of a tradition here at CG.

I say both and will add in the mag release as one more crappy part that needs to be upgraded.

The trigger of course. The sights do not bother me, plastic as they are.
But the trigger, the exact oposit of perfection. It takes an idiot or down right out of his mind crazy azz numb nut to call that acceptable. Let alone perfect. No disrespect meant.
Then again, that is not much to say about a gun that needs a butt plug fresh out of the box.

I happen to be a Glock guy so if I had to choose between the two I say the sights are crappier. I've been shooting Glocks so long the trigger doesn't bother me and really the sights do not however I would like a more refined front sight, something brighter, something that stands out more, and yes made of metal. The sights that came on my CZ SP-01, if only I can have that on my Glock.....

...waiting for this to get ugly or funny...

Bacon option is always stupid on a poll. Be creative for a change.

I love my 1911's and I appreciate my Glocks. I don't care if the Glocks get scratched up, sweated on, worked hard, left dirty... they work and don't stop. I'm reasonably quick and competently accurate with them and I enjoy shooting them. And now that I have a range in my backyard, I shoot way more often.

I still love my 1911's; the ergonomics, the crisp triggers, the long sight plane, the way my thumb knows what to do when the gun comes out if the holster, all of it. But there's a Glock in the nightstand and in the center console of the truck. Usually one in an IWB holster and sometimes my wife carries a 26 in her handbag.

This poll proves that plastic is not a good material for a gun...

When all options include the term crap...pretty much sums up the issue.

Glock has noted that hole is there for thumb placement if the magazine doesn't drop and needs to be ripped out

Glock factory trigger is decent imo. If you're using it as an excuse then look inwards.

The plastic sights need to go!

Same here, have my Shadow 2, Cajunized 97B, and Tanfoglio Stock ll for target shooting with the nice triggers.....but the G34 sits bedside, the G26 is first in my waistband, and the G30S is second in my waistband.

The Glock trigger works ok for me....I’m not a snob. $0.25 polish and I’m done. I’ve learned how it breaks and it goes boom. I replace the plastic sights, but that is mostly cuz of the Gun Bible that says I have to do it. Yeah, the Ameriglos are better, though.
